Persianas is a property development and investment company with the proven capabilities to initiate, construct and manage high quality retail, residential and commercial environments in Nigeria.
Their previous visual identity didn’t reflect the growth they had achieved since founding in 1990. The task was to create an identity which positioned them as a world class operator. A fact finding trip to Nigeria gave great insight into the company and its workings. From this research a strategic plan was developed for the creation of the overarching identity and the sub brands.
An identity was developed for the group and was soon followed by identities for the asset management arm of the company (Aria) and also the retail outlets (The Palms).
